jacensolodjo Sadly still relevant in the year 2019, but this album is perfect for helping to remember why we are all still so fucking angry. We are widowers of a land that never was, but could easily be. The resistance is sadly slightly fractured but we are still allied so long as we do not devolve into pettiness. Favorite track: Widowers.

skullgirdle Aside from the guitars cutting through a beautiful mix of ambient keyboard and the vocals softly sinking down into the ears, I am happy to support this album and see musicians trying to make a difference through supporting others. Well done! Favorite track: Allied.

The year is 2018. A maniacal demagogue remains in control of the federal government, but not without protest. An election looms as chaos ensues, fracturing the general public. This will undoubtedly be this republic’s most decisive test – to succumb to mania or renew its commitment to democracy. Resistance is not futile.

All digital donations will be transferred to the ACLU’s Voting Rights Project to protect the right to vote from spineless officials peddling disenfranchisement and hellbent on staying in power at all costs.

Released a month before the pivotal mid-term elections, The Resistance follows The Reckoning, as Part II of "A Taste of Midnight" - a portrait of our modern dystopia, and a scathing commentary of our current ill-equipped administration.
